    The Australian post centre is where all of the Australian mail is sorted and an regular post shop is a post office where you go and buy stamps etc. Hope this helps. :]

    au post normally is for the regular stuff
    like mailing, etc
    but for more serious seller that sell bulky, bigger, more volume such as sending computer part http://www.x5.com.au/product-26-NEW-Stepper-Gym-Home-Sports-Machine-Exercise-Good-Shape

    that is for them, so you have lots of items, then go to business one.
