WHAT INFO IS NEEDED TO TRANSFER MONEY FROM 1 BANK TO ANOTHER?

I need to have a little income transfered in to my bank comment from an additional bank account. Their bank comment is during a different, out of state bank that is a credit kinship as well as cave is a vast corporate bank. What info do i need to give them so they can send income in to my account. My bank is not located in a locale where they live so they cannot go to my earthy bank.
