HOW DOES A CANADIAN CITIZEN START A BUSINESS IN CANADA WHILE LIVING IN JAPAN?

I am the Canadian adult which not long ago changed to Japan. we would similar to to begin the commercial operation in Canada offered to Canadians over the internet. we need to register it for the BN as well as Vendor Permit for the Canadian manufacturer. Any assistance would be great, interjection :D
