Then you can either file yourself or get a lawyer to check if the names clear and to list your entity. You will then file papers to obtain an EIN number, that’s the companies social security number. And from there you will wait for the EIN, once you have that you will need, liability insurance which will be costly because your doing demolition. Also you will need workers comp, and disability insurance. We in construction spend most of our money on insurance! And then get your name out there, have a web site, business cards, and a list of contacts to call. Hey open the yellow pages and just call companies and see who will need your services! Oh and get yourself a smart accountant, our accountant has saved me so many times! I wish you the best of luck!
