I wish to begin the commercial operation though we am pciking up stagnation right now. My commercial operation would not be up as well as using until Mar as well as we still would not be creation income compartment who knows when.

As long as you are actively seeking employment you are eligible for unemployment. Once you stop seeking employment to work exclusively on your business you are no longer eligible. I doubt they will catch you for that violation but legally you become ineligible when you stop looking
